Note that the amount paid by the Insurance Company is dictated by the schedule which they use, NOT by the amount Billed. So although the Clinic might Bill a premium for a senior Provider the Insurance Company is still likely to pay the same. In the event the Insurance Company is prepared to consider a deviation for a specific Provider, the user can define the Schedule Names and percentages applicable for different Insurance companies, to be used for this Provider.

Insurance Name:Search and Select Insurance Company Name

Schedule: Select the Schedule to be applied.

Percent: Set the percentage rate.

Update: Click on update adds the record to the Insurance Allowable Schedule List.
