The release note describes the various new features and enhancements carried out in Version 2.0 Build 6 of PrognoCIS TM . Release Notes describes the new features specifications with UI details wherever applicable.
1.1 PrognoCIS Resource Center
“ Resource Center ”, a new feature, is one of the much awaited additions to PrognoCIS , introduced solely for the benefit of its users. Resource Center gives a complete 'know- how' about the workflows in PrognoCIS with the help of training videos, template library, user discussion forums, FAQs , etc.
The Resource Center icon is available on the PrognoCIS menu bar.
- Video Training : The user can browse for videos in order to train his clinical staff, other providers, etc. These training videos are categorized under EMR Front Office, Charting and Documentation, Physician Orders, Coding and Progress Notes.
- FAQs : This contains a list of all the questions asked by the users frequently with the answers that help some users with the most common queries.
- Template Library : For every specialty in PrognoCIS, users can go through the template library and then finalize on the template that they want to use in PrognoCIS.
- Create/ Submit Ticket : Here the user can submit any query regarding PrognoCIS that will be looked upon.
- User Quick Guides : There are user guides available for different categories like EMR Module, Billing Module, Meaningful Use/ PQRS, Patient Portal, Templates, System Setup/ Configuration, etc.
- Upcoming Events : Highlights any upcoming events at Bizmatics.
- News from Bizmatics : Displays the latest updates at Bizmatics.
- Live Chat : The users can avail the Live Chat option related to issues in PrognoCIS.
- Registration to Training and Webinar : The users have to register in order to have access to webinars and training.
On the screen Appointments > Schedule, there are two color bands used to represent the Location and Current status against each patient.
- These two color bands are displayed next to each other wherein the first color band represents the Location of the appointment and the second represents the current status of the patient.
- When the patient is 'Scheduled' for an appointment, then it remains 'blank' .
- When the patient comes in for his appointment, then the status is marked as 'Arrived' and this is represented by the color 'Yellow' .
- Next, after patient arrival, if the patient's status is changed to one of the following, then it is represented with the color 'Green' :
1. Ready for Nurse
2. Ready for Doc
3. Ready for Checkout
4. Ready for Review
5. With MA
6. Ready for MA
7. With Doc
8. With Nurse
- After the patient's purpose of visit is complete, his status is changed to ‘ Done' . This is represented by the color ‘ Pink'
- If a patient does not turn up for his appointment, then the status is changed to ‘ No Show' . This is represented by the color ‘ Black' .
