The release note describes the various new features and enhancements carried out in version 2.0 build 4 of PrognoCIS.
Following is the login screen that has changed; you now see a new ‘Splash Screen’ that has a nicer aesthetic layout. Following is a list of what to expect in the login screen of PrognoCIS version 2.0 build 4:

i) Username and Password fields are now differently located – top corner as seen in the figure.
ii) Latest RSS feed displaying the latest blog-posts found on Bizmatics website.
iii) Link for Frequently Asked Questions takes you to the general FAQ section about PrognoCIS
iv) PrognoCIS is now a part of social networking sites such as Face Book; Twitter; and LinkedIn - feel free to visit and post your comments.
v) Webinar Registration link takes you to the Webinar Schedule that displays the details of upcoming training webinar and trainings for Meaningful Use. Refer to figure 1.2 - Go ahead and get yourself registered, the trainings are conducted in the environment of GoToMeeting®.Figure 1.2: Screen displaying the Webinar Schedule

vi) A new link: Screen Size has been discussed in detail in the following section, New Features.
If your screen resolution is greater than 1024 x 768 then you have an option to customize viewing of PrognoCIS in the ratio of 60% or 70% or 80% or 90% or 100% to your actual monitor screen size. A link: Screen Size invokes the pop-up: Screen Size as seen in the figure. Refer to the following figure 2.1

Note:Whichever percentage you select the screen resolution of PrognoCIS will never be less than 1204 x 768.
The welcome message displaying on the Home Page now also includes the user’s last login date and time details along with the Clinic’s time zone information. In case of a multi-location Clinic the server’s time zone is considered for display. Refer to figure 2.2

Clinics can now block Provider’s appointment schedule time in 5 minutes time slots. Refer to figure 2.3

- It is possible to define a provider’s work pattern in 5 minutes time slots. Refer to figure 2.4

It is possible to view appointment Call List for appointments that are ‘To Be Rescheduled’ or ‘To Be Confirmed’ based on Clinic’s location(s). Refer to figure 2.5

- It is now possible to select a patient’s Insurance Pre-Auth number at the time of scheduling an appointment itself; a hyperlink: Pre Auth has been added to the screen: Appointment Schedule which in turn invokes a pop-up: Pre Auth. Refer to figure 2.6

The Patient Alert SET by users at times did not have the ‘Upto Date’ specified. This led to the alert being invoked and displayed for a longer period of time in the application - even when it wasn’t required.

New property, progressnote.lastenc4same.enctype is provided which if set to Y considers the previous encounter of same ‘Type’ for the patient.
