There has to be a Responsible Person for every new patient that is added in to PrognoCIS. By default the patient is responsible for himself, hence his details are copied from Patient Register as it is, else user shall have the provision to enter details into Appointments > Responsible Person.

Patient Details & Address: User may enter all the Personal and Address details in this section as in Patient register. Note that FName, LName, Date of Birth and SSN are mandatory.

Family: States the relationships with patients in PrognoCIS, if any.

Account Details: Enter Account details that shall be generated in Statements.

Outstanding Receivables: Outstanding receivable amounts towards the Patient and Insurance are arranged here with periodic range in days.
